Clear lake auto service Just wanted to thank my mechanic Tim at clear lake auto services for taking care of my car,treating me like family, and working with me their service is top notch

I called this place on my break on Saturday to see if they could repair my headlight socket. I was told to bring in my SUV and they would take a look for me. Luckily, it was able to be fixed, and in a timely manner- despite being a busy Saturday! These guys know what they’re doing. I’d like to give a shout out to the whole team, everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Will definitely come back if I need any other work done. 👌🏻

I am so thankful for Clear Lake Auto. They were my second opinion after another repair shop that was trying to take advantage of me; but Tim, Phillip, and the rest of the staff were professional and accommodating of my need. My car is running better than before, and they are Hybrid friendly too! Would definitely recommend!

I experienced positive and friendly service from the moment I walked into this establishment. I was greeted and I felt very welcomed. Mr. Tim was honest & transparent with the details regarding my vehicle. I had to leave my car overnight, which was kinda scary at first, but when I got it back the next day, it was in great condition as when I left it. So No worries there at all! I will definitely be back for service on my car. I appreciate the recommendations as well. Thanks again Tim for everything, looking forward to getting my vehicle inspected, as it is long over due!

Clearlake auto is a great local auto service provider, I have taken my vehicle there twice for minor things and the staff is very helpful. I felt like they are reasonably priced and they were even able to replace the bolts on my license plate.

I'm new to the area and had a battery light come on so I read their reviews and went with Clear Lake Auto Service. I am impressed, they got my car in quickly and had it repaired within a day. They didn't try to upsell me on unneeded services. The prices were fair and reasonable . When I went to pick-up my car, it had even been washed. I will use them again!

Took Mazda 5 in for motor mounts. Tim took great care of me. Found me better motor mounts than what they were originally going to put in. Tim has the best customer service out there. Very friendly and honest. I will continue taking my vehicles here.

Phenomenal Service I’ve been taking all my cars to Clear Lake Auto the past 8 years and have always got great service. I recently took in my 2015 Toyota RAV4 with 115k miles on it for an oil change and thinking I was going to need new rear brake pads (had the original pads on). Tim and his crew not only checked and confirmed they were still good, but also took me to the back so I could visually see the pads. Great service as always!

Quick, explained everything really well - even to me as someone who knows nothing about cars, very friendly.

Had to bring my old car back in for an unrelated issue. They did such a good job the first time I knew immediately I'd return for this new issue. Tim went above and beyond even staying late once to continue explain the repairs necessary. I highly recommend

Was super nice about helping me replace my headlight. Had stopped at a few places before them and either was told they couldn’t or nobody was in the shop. Very little wait as well.

Mechanical Inspection Took our vehicle in to have them look at prior mechanic’s work! After a quick and thorough inspection, we got the info we needed, NO CHARGE! When we get this all ironed out will definitely seek them out to get the work done correctly! Just an awesome, honest experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Tim has THE BEST customer service. Everyone is super friendly. They’re reasonable priced and do great work. They stay busy because they have a great reputation. Highly recommend!

Great job Good service is expensive but in the long run it's cheaper. I recommend using people that care about their work and quality of work.

Had them fix up a car my baby sister bought and they are incredible! They fixed it nearly brand new! They made sure the car was clean. And they even dropped it off for us in the end. I don’t think I’ll ever choose another shop as long as they’re around. Philip and Allen are the best!

First time coming here. Did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. Couldn’t find anything negative about this place. Put the old Mazda 5 in for intake manifold gasket, reseal fuel injectors and replace MAF sensor. Decently priced and car is running great. Friendly team and communication is very straightforward. Gotta take it back to have all motor mounts to be done next. Very pleased with this place.

A/C Repair Excellent customer service👍My 2005 Pontiac Vibe was having problem with A/C. The staff were welcoming and professional. Special thanks to Tim. He explained the problem in detail and provided a clear estimate for the repair costs, including parts and labor.
I'm very satisfied with the service. The repair was done efficiently, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the cost was reasonable given the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of A/C repairs.

A great group of people and great location. They always stand behind their work and are upfront about everything. I have been coming here since I had my Saturn and will continue to do business with this company. Easy to get to and they work with me on my schedule as best they can. Keep up the great work guys! Excellent Auto Repair Service I’ve given my business to Clear Lake Auto for the past 1.5 - 2 yrs. Repairs for my vehicles included timing chains, gas tank sending units, motor mounts, and complete engine replacement. Most other shops (incl Dealerships) passed on timing chains and engine R&R. Recently had my A/C replaced as well. All repairs were done well and in a timely manner. Timothy, Philip and the team treated us respectfully and worked with us in a fair and equitable manner. For future auto servicing, I have no reason to go anywhere else. I do trust them.

We had our tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done. They did great service to our vehicle, and the customer service from Mr Philip was excellent. Highly recommend.

I took my classic 1979 Chevy truck to Clear Lake Auto Service for several issues. It turned out to be much more work than anticipated. They have been in communication and very resourceful in getting it fixed . I appreciate the extra effort and them being cost conscious!

I loved this car center. Kathy is the best and really gave us above and beyond service. I knew I had issues with air conditioner but also getting the 80 point service was so important. Also check engine light coming on and off made me nervous. They communicate well and I like the electronic docs and being able to sign. They also have a shuttle if you need a ride. I'm so happy I found a place I can trust with my car and we will go here in the future. Thanks guys and Kathy!!

I had a wonderful experience at clear lake Auto service my service advisor Tim walk me through the process explaining everything to me and Jesse the driver took me home and brought me back up to the shop when the vehicle was completed overall good experience,, highly recommended

They're good about keeping you updated. They take the time to explain what's going on & what's needed.

I started coming here after having an awful experience at another shop & I have no plans on ever taking my car anywhere else. I just wish I had started coming here sooner.

This is my first time having work done here. I was impressed by the timely communication and thorough evaluation of my vehicle. The work was done well and delivered at the promised time. It's good to know that independent shops still exist that do good work. I wouldn't hesitate use their services again and I'd give them a high recommendation. Maintenance can be very expensive - but I don't mind paying professionals if I feel the job is done right.

This was not my first “visit” @to Clear Lake Auto Service over the years. This time around they took care of towing my car within minutes of my call. From there, they diagnosed the immediate problem as well as a few things to be aware of for future driving. Phillip was very thorough with his explanation of the issues. He was also very honest and understanding of my needs. The work done has always been exactly as explained and what was needed. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced by Clear Lake Auto should the time arise.

Clear Lake Auto Service did a pre-purchase inspection on a used truck that I was about to buy. Their inspection was very thorough and included a link with pictures that I was able to share with the dealer I was buying from. The dealer had new brake pads installed on the back wheels due to the inspection discovering they were very thin. Thank you Clear Lake Auto Service. I will keep you in mind for all my automotive services!

As an owner of an older vehicle I’ve appreciated Clear Lake Auto Services honesty. They’re not always the cheapest but they don’t control parts costs or do work you didn’t know about. I had a very expensive AC problem during a HOT summer drought that was resolved with a specialist not from their shop. CLAS went above and beyond with this and other issues my older vehicle. Matt and Tim up in the office a real guys who will be honest with you not pushy salesmen and will give you a few options, always with one of those options being to walk away. Thanks for all the help.
